Description

The electro-hydraulic servo 135 ton CNC bending machine is a type of bending machine that uses a servo motor as an actuating device, and the numerical control system combines the feedback data of the grating ruler to control the flow rate of the two main oil cylinders to achieve synchronous movement of the slider.

In addition, the main oil cylinders on both sides of the bending machine adopt German imported electro-hydraulic servo valves and Italy GIVI Linear encoder to form a closed-loop control.

The feedback is accurate and the slider runs accurately, so that the bending accuracy and the repeated positioning accuracy of the slider are high.

1. Direct angle programming, with angle compensation function.
2. Grating ruler real-time detection feedback correction, full closed-loop control, positioning accuracy of back gauge and slider dead gauge is ±0.02mm.
3. The upper die adopts quick clamping device, and the lower die adopts oblique wedge deformation compensation mechanism.
4. With multi-step programming function, it can realize multi-automatic operation, complete one-step processing of multi-step parts, and improve production efficiency.
5. According to the user’s needs, the imported hydraulic system with stable performance, compact structure, ball screw and synchronous belt drive can be selected for the back gauge.
